Hello people.
I am back today with the new project and as the title says, it's double sided layout. Yes, Double sided!! I don't like to waste one side of double sided paper so I had to bring such layout. ;)
It's Prima's Rossibelle paper pack and dusty attic chipboard. Anyone would love these papers even if they are not crafters.
So here is the one side of layout which is 'LOVE':
I added gesso on chipboard then distressed it a bit to match the lead colour and sprinkled black colour to match it with the paper which had black splashed on it. Then arranged everything roughly and watercoloured arund the rough arrangement. And then adhered everything at place. There are lot lot many fussy cut embellishments in this layout and prima flowers.
Some closeups:
Now the other side which is "HELLO':
When one side was colourful, the other one had to be different so I chose vintage theme. Again, gesso on chipboard, distressed and sprinkled black. This side of paper had a brick design on some part so I decided to go for brick stenciling and coloured it to make it look same as that printed bricks. Then stamped the edges of the paper with distredd ink. I forgot to tell you that the fussy cut papers of colourful side which were visible this side were also stamped and distressed to match it with this side. I added beach net type laces which I coloured brown then lot many cutouts from same paper stack and we are done.
Closeup:
I have hanged this whole thing as a show piece in a hook and here how it looked:
LOVE:
HELLO:
I am planning to hang it in a hook like a wind chime and it will keep rotating on itself by wind.
I hope you liked it. Do share your views.
Thanks for stopping by. :)
Love,
Chirali.
